Cooking French dishes for your DofE Skills section is a great idea!
All our modules last 3 months, so you only need to choose your favourite(s) to meet your DofE level timescale (Bronze, Silver or Gold).
BRONZE LEVEL
3 or 6 months Skills section = choose 1 or 2 modules
SILVER LEVEL
3 or 6 months Skills section = choose 1 or 2 modules
GOLD LEVEL
6 or 12 months Skills section = choose 2 or 4 modules

OUR CORE MODULES:
They offer a mix of savoury and sweet recipes.
If you are just beginning, the Beginners module is ideal for you.
The Intermediate 2 or Intermediate 3 modules are best once you have achieved either the Beginners or Intermediate 1 module before. They are not harder, some of them simply require a little more time.
OUR THEMED MODULES:
This is where you can go all out—with either a Pastry-only module or a Savoury one! Vegetarians, you’ll find plenty to enjoy here too!
