CHOOSE A DofE MODULE
Cooking French dishes for your skill section of the DofE is a great idea!
All our modules last 3 months so you only need to choose from one of our 5 modules below to meet your duration of your chosen DofE level (Bronze, Silver or Gold). ​​​​​​​​

BRONZE LEVEL
3 or 6 months skill section = 1 or 2 modules to choose
SILVER LEVEL
3 or 6 months skill section = 1 or 2 modules to choose
GOLD LEVEL
6 or 12 months skill section = 2 or 4 modules to choose
(For the GOLD level, we can only offer a 6 months programme at the moment.)

PLEASE NOTE:
The Savoury only and Pastry only module can be chosen either separately for a 3 months section, or together for a 6 months section. All recipes for those two modules are gathered from the other modules.​​​​​​​​
